Description

Hypnosis means slowing down of awareness or brain and during hypnosis procedure, a patient experiences rapid eye movements that change direction later, deep breathing sound, tingling in finger, hands or body, itching and lethargic body. The mind enters step by step into alpha, then theta (deep consciousness) and sometimes, into sleep due to reaching excessive relaxation mode. Such changes can be scientifically proven via bodily changes such as dried throat and lips, dizziness, rise or fall in body temperature. It can also be acknowledged whether the patient has acquired hypnotic state fully, partly or nominally. Hypnosis therapy can be learnt through workshops as well as through correspondence course in which past life regression, clinical psychic therapy and technical hypnotic services are provided.
